The service makes it possible to connect to Lofsens Fjällby's WiFi. When you connect to the internet via our WiFi, it is at your own responsibility and risk.

The service makes it possible to connect to Lofsens Fjällby's WiFi. When you connect to the internet via our WiFi, it is at your own responsibility and risk.

The Lofsens Fjällby holiday home association reserves the right to block websites or otherwise restrict access to websites, services and other content on the internet with content that may be considered offensive, racist, illegal or pornographic.

When connecting to Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällbys WiFi, you agree to the following terms of use:

• You may not resell the Service or otherwise exploit the Service to provide commercial services.
• You are responsible for all content sent and/or downloaded using the service.
• You as a user are responsible for following Swedish law when connecting to Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällbys WiFi.
• Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby is entitled to compensation for damage caused by negligence by anyone using Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby WiFi.

It is not permitted to send or intentionally download:

• Content that is of such a large scale that it creates problems for other users trying to access the service or otherwise causes damage, disruption or inconvenience to Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby's network.
• Mailings that inconvenience other users, such as mass mailings of e-mails and computer viruses.
• Material that is copyrighted (does not apply if the required permission is available) or that has illegal content, such as child pornography, incitement against an ethnic group and defamation.
• Material that has been manipulated to appear to have been sent from someone other than the actual sender.
• Unnaturally large amounts of data and unreasonably long data sessions compared to average use of the service, or anything that is otherwise contrary to law or government regulations or decisions or otherwise in conflict with these terms of use.

Limitation of the liability of the Lofsens Fjällby Holiday Home Association:

• The Lofsens Fjällby holiday cottage association disclaims all liability regarding quality, reliability, performance and fitness for a particular purpose.
• The Lofsens Fjällby holiday home association takes no responsibility if there is something wrong with your equipment, or if the service does not work on your equipment.
• The Lofsens Fjällby holiday association is not liable for any damage you suffer in connection with your use of the service, such as lost profits, business interruption, loss or corruption of information or data, or damage to equipment or other assets.
• Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby does not guarantee that the service or the server that the user connects to via the service is free from viruses or the like. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you connect to the service has the protections that you consider appropriate and that communication to and from your device is encrypted or otherwise protected when you consider it appropriate.
• Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby cannot guarantee that the connection provided by the service is secure. Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby also cannot guarantee that data sent or received has not been altered or that it is delivered in a timely manner.
• Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby is not responsible for the functionality or content of any website or service that can be accessed when you are connected to Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby's WiFi.
• Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby is not responsible for damage that occurs due to the content of data or other information that is transmitted when using Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby's WiFi.
• The Lofsens Fjällby holiday association is not responsible for delay, corruption or loss of data.
• Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby cannot guarantee that Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby's WiFi will always work completely, constantly, securely or without delay or interruption.

Protection of personal data:

No personal data is stored in Stugföreningen Lofsens Fjällby's system or with the personal data processor.
