    f you wish to book departure cleaning, it is perfectly possible to do so here.

    The cleaning is carried out by Lofsdalen Home as a partner to Lofsens Fjällby for orders completed via this form. The prices only apply to orders received on this particular form.

    After the request has been completed and received, Lofsdalen Home sends you a confirmation or a denial based on resource availability. If you find a payment link in the confirmation, your payment must be made as soon as possible, but no later than the last non-holiday weekday at 12:00 before the service is to be performed in order for us to have time to plan the resource availability.
    In the event that your payment is not received before the date and time specified above, your previously confirmed order is considered canceled and the desired cleaning of your object will therefore not be carried out.
    In the event that you do not receive a payment link in your confirmation, Lofsdalen Home instead invoices you directly via e-mail after the service has been performed.

    Please note that the payee is Tremendly Service AB as the owner of the Lofsdalen Home brand. When invoicing, these are sent via Lofsdalen Home's invoicing system Dooer with the same payee.

    Departure cleaning costs SEK 750 after RUT deduction.

    Do you bring pets? Cool!
    Please note that pets are not allowed in furniture or beds. If, against the odds, we notice that animals were still there after your departure when our work begins, this will be charged an extra fee of SEK 650/started hour.

    Shortcomings in own execution according to checklist for booked cleaning:
    In the provided and approved checklist, you will also find some points for booked departure cleaning that you are expected to answer for yourself before you leave the accommodation.
    In the event that such tasks are not completed upon the arrival of the cleaning staff, these will be carried out by us and you as the client will be additionally charged an extra compensation of SEK 650/started hour.
    Any additional billing always takes place via invoicing to your registered e-mail address containing the documented defects in text and a link for image documentation.

    Do you need to cancel your confirmed and possibly prepaid booking? No problem, we'll solve that of course.
    Your cancellation must be at our disposal no later than 72 before the service is to be performed. You will then receive a full refund if you have made an advance payment. If your cancellation is received with less than 72 hours left until the service is to be performed, you will not receive a refund.
    The stated time for delivery is always based on the time of the latest check-out for booked cleaning.

    We reserve the right to fully book cleaning times, which gives Lofsdalen Home the right to refuse completed and received booking requests as well as already confirmed bookings.
    If you paid for your booking in advance via a payment link, you will always be refunded the full amount in the event of a cancellation.

    Lofsdalen Home will get back to you by email with confirmation or denial of your request in the event that there are no available cleaning times.
