RECEPTION
The reception in Lofsens Fjällby not open for visits. We are available by phone during manned phone hours as presented below and via email.

CHARGING ELECTRIC CARS/HYBRID CARS
Charging cars is STRICTLY PROHIBITED throughout all of Lofsens Fjällby! Charging electric cars/hybrid cars is referred to charging stations at the Mountain Resort, Skoterhuset and at the recycling station behind the grocery store, ICA. The engine heater posts at the cabins' designated parking spaces are temporarily taken out of service due to misuse of electric car charging, which is a direct fire hazard as the electrical grid is not designed or dimentioned for this.

PARKING
You can park your car in the designated parking space marked with your cabin number. Parking next to the cabin is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, both for safety reasons and for snow removal. If an accident occurs, the emergency services must have free passage. The snow removal team also needs to have free passage to be able to do their job. If you choose to park your car next to the cabin, there is a risk that it will be plowed in, which is your responsibility to take action of if this happens.

TRAILERS
Trailers can be parked at Lofsdalens Camping for a fee (contact: 0680-73 09 97) or at another location where space and permission for this are given. Unfortunately there is no space for this in Lofsens Fjällby as there is only one parking space available per cabin.

THE CABIN
Smoking in the cabin is strictly prohibited. All the information you need for your stay in Lofsens Fjällby can be found on the website and in the visitors folder that is available in the cabin.

CLEANING COMPLAINTS
If you experience that a previous guest has cleaned the cabin inadequately, these complaints should be made via email to reception@lofsensfjallby.se where the detailed complaint should be described both in writing and with pictures that clearly show how the cleaning was carried out inadequately. These complaints must have been received no later than 12:00 the day after arrival. If you wish to have this rectified, you may not take any action yourself until the staff has had the opportunity to carry out its own inspection.

PETS
For everyone's comfort; pets are not allowed on sofas, in beds or any other furniture. If this happens, these must be vacuumed thoroughly before departure even if departure cleaning has been ordered (see checklist).

WiFi
WiFi is free in all cabins. The network name is the same as the cabin you are visiting. The password and QR code should be on the notice board and/or in the visitors folder in the cabin.

ERROR REPORTING AND EMERGENCY SERVICE
For urgent matters regarding water/sewerage, heating, electricity or the lock on the front door, please contact our 24/7 emergency service at Lofsens Fjällbys switchboard number +46 680 412 05. Other non-urgent matters and damage reporting should be made by e-mail to fel@lofsensfjallby.se

GARBAGE CONTAINERS
Lofsens Fjällby 11-107: Freestanding containers for residual waste and brown bins for food waste are located at Högbäcksvägen next to the switchboard and you have access via the code found in the welcome e-mail.

Lofsens Fjällby L-R: Buried containers for residual waste and brown bins for food waste are available on Hammarvallsvägen below the L-housing area. Keys to these can be found on the wall inside the front door of your cabin and should hang there permanently. Access is also via code found in the welcome e-mail.

RECYCLING
The recycling station is located in the village behind the grocery stor, ICA. Here you will find sorting of paper, plastic, glass, deposit, metal and batteries. You can find more information about sorting in the Waste Management Routine.

INVENTORIES AND CONSUMABLES
See separate inventory list. Damaged or missing inventory can be collected from the Inventory sheds, which are located at the parking lot for cabins in house group 20 and at the parking lot at the L-housing group. Light bulbs, etc. are also available there.

If you have caused damage to something that needs to be replaced, you are expected to pay according to the price list available in the stalls. Payments are made via mobile payment service, Swish. For foreign guest, please contact reception@lofsensfjallby.se to make your payment.

You will find the access code to the Inventory sheds on your code card to your cabin, the codes are automatically updated every 24 hours. The Inventory sheds are marked "Prylar".

FIREWOOD
You can buy firewood from the wood sheds located in the parking areas for the house group 20 and L. These sheds are marked "Vedbod" and they are located side by side to the Inventory sheds.
Payments are made via mobile payment service, Swish. For foreign guest, please contact reception@lofsensfjallby.se to make your payment.

DEPARTURE
Perform your cleaning according to the Departure cleaning checklist.
Please leave a dishwasher tablet, dishcloth, toilet roll and garbage bag for the next guest.
Lower the central thermostat in the hallway to 15 degrees Celsius and leave the entrance lighting on, it is automatically controlled via a light sensor.
If cleaning is ordered, you should be checked out the latest at 9:00 AM, otherwise 11:00 AM.

About us
Lofsens Fjällby is located in the middle of Lofsdalen and consists of over 100 member-owned cooperative cabins.

Lofsens Fjällby and Lofsdalen mountain resort were built at the same time by HSB in 1978.

The mountain village today offers a family-friendly environment for both winter and summer guests directly adjacent to the ski slopes.
